What began in 2008 as an HR consulting firm has since evolved into a trusted partner for executive coaching and leadership development. In addition, I serve as a keynote speaker, sharing insights on leadership, organizational growth, and the future of HR with audiences nationwide. There are many professionals in this space, but few bring over 25 years of Executive-level HR experience combined with the perspective of a former military commander. Having built my career in high-pressure, traditionally challenging environments, I understand the obstacles leaders face and the resilience it takes to succeed. My focus is on coaching managers, executives, and HR professionals to lead with confidence, clarity, and impact.

While many coaches and consultants are excellent at what they do, they often take a quieter, softer approach. I bring a different energy—direct, no-nonsense, and unafraid to say what others are thinking. I challenge assumptions, push boundaries, and help leaders unlock their full potential.

Dina Perreault is a versatile executive with 25+ years in corporate leadership, HR, and executive coaching, and a former U.S. Army officer. She has led multi-million-dollar, geographically dispersed teams, guided organizations through growth, acquisitions, and large-scale transformations, and helped businesses earn over 60 “Best Place to Work” awards.

As a published author, keynote speaker, panelist, and board member for business-focused non-profits, Dina partners with leaders at every level—from the C-suite to emerging leaders—to strengthen leadership, drive results, and foster high-performing cultures. Her approach blends strategic vision with practical coaching, helping organizations anticipate challenges, embrace change, and achieve sustainable growth.

Drawing on experience as a 3rd-degree black belt in TaeKwonDo and a Certified Pilates Instructor, she emphasizes resilience, discipline, and holistic success—empowering individuals and teams to thrive both personally and professionally.
